Upon receiving your returned package, a refund will be initiated within 24 hours. If you choose to cancel your order even before it is dispatched, we will initiate a refund immediately. However, returned goods will only be accepted if they are unopened, unused, and in the same condition in which they were sent. We always recommend communicating your issues with the product before cancelling it, as we may be able to address your concerns to your satisfaction.
